Vijay Shrivastav,
President & CEO, Founder.

Vijay Shrivastav has over 16 years of IP network industry experience. In the past he involved with various companies such as ICAST, The Wollongong Group and First Virtual Communications. He Co-founded ICAST Corporation in 1996 which developed IPTV products using IP Multicast technology. ICAST was acquired by First Virtual Corporation in 1998. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Archana Roy, 
Vice President Marketing & Business Development, Founder.

Archana Roy brings over 15 years of networking experience and has worked with companies such as Terayon, Controlnet and National Semiconductor. She held responsibilities in areas of marketing, sales, project management, customer support and applications engineering. She is well versed with network architectures, protocols and standards. She also worked with leading service providers and network equipment vendors. She is member of IEEE, TIE and SCTE. She has MSEE, San Jose State University, San Jose.

Allwyn Estelzer, 
General Manager, India Operations.

Allwyn brings valuable experience to Coaxial's Indian operation located in Chennai. He oversees and manages Coaxial's development and support infrastructure in India.
