Vijay Shrivastav,
President & CEO, Founder.

Vijay Shrivastav has over 14 years of IP network industry experience with companies such as ICAST, Wollongong Group and ITIL He Co-founded ICAST Corporation in 1996. ICAST was acquired by First Virtual Corporation in 1998. He also founded Rabox, Inc. which develops communication software products. He earlier led software development team in area of IP, DOCSIS and RTOS. He has a BS in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Archana Roy, 
Vice President Marketing & Business Development, Founder.

Archana Roy brings over 15 years of networking experience and has worked with companies such as Terayon, Controlnet and National Semiconductor. She held responsibilities in areas of marketing, sales, project management, customer support and applications engineering. She is well versed with network architectures, protocols and standards. She also worked with leading service providers and network equipment vendors. She is member of IEEE, TIE and SCTE. She has MSEE, San Jose State University, San Jose.

Dhimant N. Bhayani, 
Managing Partner INC3 Ventures, LLC

Dhimant is a co-founder of INC3 Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investing in early stage start up companies where he focuses on investing in and guiding young companies in the areas of Internet and Semiconductors. He serves or has served on the Company Board of Directors of On Line Anywhere, awz.com, Bay Packets, vEngines, Pace SoftSilicon and iWidgets.
